- All flowers are Angiosperms or flowering plants (trees are angiosperms too)
- If flowers have petals in multiples of 4 or 5 and also have neeted veins on their leaves, then they are nown as dicots.
- The male and female parts of flowers are found in the center. After pollen is transferred from the anther to the stigma, a seed can be formed.
- If the petals are in multiples of 3 and the veins are parallel, then the flower is known as a monocot.
- Besides being beautiful, angiosperms are important economically.
