Fa uns dies vam haver de modificar les dues eines més emblemàtiques que tenim a Pimpampum. A partir d’ara Bubblr i Bookr només busquen els continguts amb llicència Creative Commons de Flickr. Un petit canvi que de ben segur ens estalviarà més d’un maldecap!

I, ja posats, volem aprofitar per saludar i agrair a totes les escoles i persones que fan servir les nostres eines, ens fa molta il·lusió veure cada dia coses noves!

Unos días atrás modificamos las dos herramientas más emblemáticas de Pimpampum. A partir de ahora, Bubblr y Bookr sólo buscan los contenidos con licencia Creative Commons en Flickr. Un pequeño cambio que seguro que nos ahorra más de un quebradero de cabeza!

De paso, queremos aprovechar para saludar y agradecer a todas las escuelas y personas que utilizan nuestras herramientas, ¡nos hace mucha ilusión ver cosas nuevas cada día!

Some days ago we modified our most emblematic tools, Bubblr and Bookr to search only in Flickr Creative Commons images.

Also, we want to thank lots of schools and people using our tools, we’re very proud everyday when we found new staff everyday!

We fixed a bug in bookr. Some people have complained when using the flickr username bookr didn’t find any photos. Now it should work well both with flickr username and screenname. We remind you that is not mandatory to put a username you can put just a tag if you want.
A very interesting feature now is that you can use a default tag or user when creating a new book, you need just to enter in this urls:

http://www.pimpampum.net/bookr/?tag=cat –> bookr pre-populated with cat photos
http://www.pimpampum.net/bookr/?user=daniel.julia –> bookr pre-populated with photos from a given user

Plus we added a donate button. We develop Flickr toys just for fun, and free so we need some finantial support if you want us to improve them, more and more, and build new ones, so any help is welcome.

Hem arreglat un error a bookr. Algunes persones s’havien queixat que tenien problemes al fer servir l’usuari de flickr .Ara hauria de funcionar correctament tant amb el usuari com l’”screen name”.
A més ara hem afegit la possibilitat de precarregar bookr amb una sèrie de fotos

Hemos arreglado un error en  bookr. Algunas personas se habian quejado por problemas con el ‘usuario de flickr .Ahora tendria que funcionar correctamente.
Además hemos añadido dos posibilidades

We thought it was a bug in our statistics but not, it’s true, 30.000 unique visits just today (so far), mainly to bookr.
The reason is this post in lifehacker Use Bookr to share your photos,

Lifehacker has an alexa rating of #1000, not bad!

Its very simmilar to what happenned some time ago when kottke published in his blog about memry, but this time we think is even “worse”.
